Notes and Personal Content
The CultureFest application includes a notes feature that lets you save personal notes, and lets event staff (sales representatives, vendors, managers, and administrators) save notes associated with attendees they interact with. Notes you create are stored on our servers and are visible to you within the application; they are not shared with other end users. Notes are retained for the duration of the event and a reasonable period afterward for support and record-keeping purposes, after which they may be deleted in accordance with our retention practices. As with all data you submit to the Website, authorized Boost Engagement personnel may access notes in the course of operating, maintaining, securing, or supporting the service. You may request deletion of your notes at any time by contacting [email protected].
In-App Messaging
The CultureFest application includes an in-app direct-messaging feature that lets attendees, vendors, sales representatives, managers, and administrators send messages to one another during the event. Messages are stored on our servers and delivered only to the participants of each conversation; they are not shared with other end users.
Staff oversight. Because CultureFest is a moderated event environment, in-app messages and broadcasts may be reviewed by authorized event staff and Boost Engagement personnel for the purposes of moderation, safety, abuse prevention, support, and enforcing our terms of use. Reviewers may read the full content of messages in order to investigate flagged content, follow up on reports, or take action on content that violates our rules. In-app messaging should not be used to send sensitive personal or confidential information.
Messages are retained for the duration of the event and a reasonable period afterward for support, moderation, and record-keeping purposes, after which they may be deleted in accordance with our retention practices. You may request deletion of your messages at any time by contacting [email protected].

Photo & Likeness Release (CultureFest Event)
By registering for or attending a CultureFest event operated by Boost Engagement, LLC (“Boost Engagement,” “CultureFest,” “we,” or “us”), and by affirmatively agreeing to this Photo & Likeness Release at registration, you grant Boost Engagement and CultureFest a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display photographs, video, and audio recordings that you take at the event or in which you appear — including your name, image, voice, and likeness (collectively, the “Event Content”).
Permitted Uses. The license covers use of the Event Content on the CultureFest in-app live feed and other in-app surfaces; on Boost Engagement’s public social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube); on Boost Engagement’s websites and email communications; and in promotional, marketing, advertising, recap, case-study, and editorial materials, in any media now known or later developed.
Sublicensing. Boost Engagement may sublicense or transfer these rights to its affiliates, service providers, sponsors, event partners, successors, and assigns for the purposes described above.
Waivers. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Event Content or the use to which it may be applied. You waive any claim to inspection, royalty, or other compensation arising from the use of the Event Content. You release Boost Engagement, CultureFest, and their respective officers, employees, agents, sublicensees, and assigns from any and all claims arising out of the authorized use of the Event Content, including claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, false light, or copyright.
Photographer Grant. If you submit, upload, or otherwise capture photographs or video at the event, you also grant Boost Engagement the same license described above with respect to the copyright in those photographs and videos, and you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content does not infringe any third party’s rights.
Eligibility. You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. CultureFest events are not intended for attendees under 18; if a minor attends, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent on the minor’s behalf prior to the minor’s participation.
Takedown Requests. Although the license granted above is irrevocable, as a matter of goodwill you may request that Boost Engagement remove a specific image or video from a Boost Engagement-controlled channel by emailing [email protected] with sufficient detail to identify the content. Boost Engagement will review such requests in good faith but is not obligated to act on them, and removal from third-party platforms or downstream sublicensees cannot be guaranteed.
